That means you should keep the package in its original condition (un-opened polybags and wrapping package). Otherwise your return or exchange request will be denied. And all items having damaged packing to open are not allowed to return.

However, you must arrange and pay the delivery costs of returning the items to us at the address specified in the delivery note within 30 days. Whilst in your possession, you must keep any items you intend to return to us in good condition.
