Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the parcel weight and parcel dimension of the items you order and your location. Return & Exchange :
Your satisfaction is our priority. You may return or exchange any items you have purchased within 14 business days since you receive the parcel for any reasons. That means you should keep the package in its original condition (un-opened polybags and wrapping package). Otherwise your return or exchange request will be denied. And all items having damaged packing to open are not allowed to return.
